General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop iceberry.ch of Celiktas, Iceberry Jewellery, Teichmattenweg 20, 79539 Lörrach (hereinafter "Seller").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking "Checkout", you place a binding order. The order confirmation by email constitutes the acceptance of the offer.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices. As a small business owner in accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged or shown. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (credit card, PayPal, TWINT, etc.).

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Free shipping for orders over 150€. For orders below this value, a shipping fee will be charged, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Celiktas, Iceberry Jewellery, Teichmattenweg 20, 79539 Lörrach, info@iceberry.ch) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured or personalized jewelry pieces that have been produced at the express request of the customer.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For defects, please contact info@iceberry.ch. Natural wear and tear, improper handling, or alterations by the customer are excluded from the warranty.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
